Don't really know why anyone would have any optimism on a good quarterly report, this position going up all depends on how they make out with the USITC case. Revenues will be poor in my opinion which is par for the course. This may be a pre release run up but pre mature to the big bucks potential if they take Apple & Samsung to the cleaners.
