I've explained why they can't dilute as before; you decide not to listen.
Without $75m market cap; they can not dilute more than another few million cash via common over the next 10 months. It's the law, not an opinion.

It's possible pps stays at .10 for 6 months and they exercise the .10 and .12 warrants; thus leaving a gap to the warrants in the .30s and .50s range. Doubt it though.

They most likely do another another round soon (bad) or settle arb (good).

Anyhow without $75m market cap preferred on the way. I just scared the preffered come with an adjustable conversion rate (that would be bad and I would never consider an investment here again).
