Not that ugly. Were double what we were two weeks ago after a lot of consolidation and profit taking.

The company has locked the AS for 3 years or .05.

Management and large shareholders are talking about locking up there common and preferred shares and management mentioned a buy back already.

Revenue is already coming in.

We have a marketing firm to sell our products.

We have a builder for our homes.

With no debt and no dilution this is one home contract or even one or two more of the consumer goods PR's with more revenue or a buy back PR from flying.
