Are you attributing that quote to me? I don't think I stated that, but USRM IMO is ripe for a very large buyout offer at any time. My gut is that FDA approval is about a 70% chance. Here is why:

FDA wants to know the product is safe. USRM uses a persons own stem cells for treatment. The company claims greater than 99% safety. Once safety is relatively determined, they want to know that the product shows statistically significant improvement in the patient's well being or health. USRM has claimed that there are stat sig. positive results. Finally, the FDA chair is a supporter of stem cell treatments as he has stated as much on the record. With this in mind, the only reason I see for denying FDA approval would be undue influence from a competitor - politics.
