If what you are claiming here was presented in an open letter to shareholders, explaining in further detail the intended use of increasing A/S to 750 million I would be ecstatic! However we are getting little info in the proxy and being asked to vote yes or no with not enough explanation of the intended use of these shares. I'm anxiously waiting to see what we hear over this next week or IF we hear anything.
