8-K filed earlier. Looks to be a good deal as far as repaying the GSK litigation. Appears the larger payments are years out which preserves current cash on hand. Would be filing with or without a buyout so nothing changes. Interesting line from the 8-K:

Nothing herein shall preclude GSK or any of its affiliates from participating as a potential purchaser in any sale process conducted by Pernix.
