Hi PROPHETABLE and other contributors... I appreciate all of the DD and commentary on this board. As a long investor with 900,000 shares, I was hoping to get your insight re: a couple of possible inflection points.

Given all the upcoming catalysts and recent insider purchases, what is the business rationale for increasing the authorized share count from 250 million to 500 million per 8K on 01-17-17?

Also, it seems as if the $2.2 million stock buy back does not nearly offset the recent $5 million funding (as part of $15 million) and the additional source of funding from the issuance of 250 million more shares. Please provide your business rationale as I am new to OTC stock investing and I may be missing a critical piece of the puzzle here.

As stated previously, I believe the market cap for this company can easily reach $300 to 500 million once news hits.
