Yea i agree slow down tighten the ship alittle bit, and see how much real world revenue your company is making now that some of the infrastructure is beginning to produce. Then build with the revenue.

I do not see Derek doing that. Once you get the taste of free money ( dilution) it is hard to start using your own money. Especially when you can just RS when you exhaust the OS count, and start fresh.

I do not think they are in it for the long hall. He has mentioned in the past about selling the company.

Derek just give us one run before you RS or sell. I mean a nice inflated >$2 run to reward the longtime supporters. Then do what you want with the company.
