I am serious. what is it that those "in the know" know to drive this stock down 44 cents today? I didn't see any news to cause this, so what is it that the others know?

For the millionth time I ask, "what is going on with this stock?"

Why do we continually see projections of $18 buyouts but the pps continues to swirl down the drain?
