And part of it will be used to partially capitalize the new venture the "exiting" Indoor Harvest officers are creating. It would be interesting to know what their capital contributions consist of.
Also Alamo CBD is being bought with over 25 million shares of INQD stock. At today's pps that is just over $10 million worth. Pretty good for a company that is only 8 months old and not yet operational... ...but maybe not so good for INQD commons.
But then when insiders have majority control that can value stuff at whatever they want.
