I've been trading this company for over 15 years and in the past 5 years we have been waiting for the turn around. JC Penney business model is phasing out very slowly. Its just not sustainable.

You have outflows of money leaving. Its a straight sell off by large funds who want to redeploy those funds
into sustainable businesses.

Market has been bullish since the election and JCP has been making new lows.
