Did you guys read the 8K filed 3/17/17 on friday. It declares that UBIA is no longer a Shell Company and now is a Company in Operation with New Directors and Staff. There is a good story unfolding here and the Share Structure is perfect for a solid Investment long term. The Chinese know how to run a stock. I'm glad it tanked so could have the opportunity to buy in this range. The Shell was purchased for $200,000. There is no Toxic Debt here. We should be at $10 by end of the week. GLTY
