While Stan is not among my favorite people, I'm likely to give him and David a pass on the photo. Stan had nothing to do with its publishing. And, I'm assuming David was thought or was told that there were enough copies printed to satisfy the people that funded Kickstarter projects.
I would not give David ( or the rest of the REDG's board of directors) a pass, for voting for the several increases in authorized shares and the reverse split, knowing how Benny conducts business.
Whether Benny is using REDG to scam money or if he is just a really bad businessman, the board has a duty to the shareholders to protect them from Benny's continuous bad business decisions/practices, and they have all failed to do so.
I doubt you will ever hear from David on the subject. Him voting for the share increases and the reverse split makes him complicit in REDG's bad business practices that followed. The "Japan Needs Heroes" situation went on far too long for David or any of the board of directors to deny any responsibility.
