I just can't see why this is trading so below market cap. Shelfs are filed by companies all the time and are simply a formality. No question the CEO of this company is a legal criminal with total disregard for shareholders and cares only about himself and this POS has been diluted to hell, but it should not be trading under 2 bucks and yesterdays sell off should not have happened.
