Here's what we know:

Mr. David Darling and David Burgess each own 46,980,000 shares as of 01/21/2016.

Mr. David Darling passed way in Oct of 2016 unexpectedly. What happens to his shares? Why wasn't there a filing about this?

In my communications with Mr. Darling he stated very very little. He did tell me he believes what they are working on will be a big success and he has put a lot of his own money into it.

Mr. David Burgess is the Regional Sales Manager for Logrhythm currently. I have emailed him multiple times with no responses.

Mr. Philip Rogers is the CIO of Protocol Networks. He was named CEO of Hashingspace on Feb 8th and the filing stated he would work in both capacities.

It's been more than a year since last filings. I have emailed Mr. Rogers multipe times with no responses.

This is all we know. Just a waiting game. What affect of Mr. Darling's passing have on the company? Mr. Darling wasn't a tech guy. Mr. Burgess and Mr. Rogers are the tech guys.
