Just spoke with Toby. He informs me that their hold up is because Tangiers Capital is dragging their heels on giving them funding. Which is why there is a stop sign right now. They need funding for the filing. Obviously need funding for production too. I have emailed Michael Sobeck asking some questions. I don't have his email, it was just from the contact us tab on their website. With some research I'm sure we can find his email. Perhaps if more of us light a fire under their a$$ they might give them the funding.
