That is actually a little confusing because it appears the intent is to have any application of the tech/ip by THG to be limited to cannabis related industry and leave the industries NOT involved in the cannabis plant to ALAMO/IH. So what does the "maintain use" mean for THC when they say "shall be exclusive" to ALAMO/IH which maintains ownership of the tech/IP?

Also is there a typo in this statement and they meant "existing"...or are the existing officers and directors "exiting" IH?

"A new Company, to be named “The Harvest Group”, will be formed by exiting Officers and Directors of Indoor Harvest Corp."

Looks to me like the IH/ALAMO insiders are going to form a separate cannabis venture and have the common shareholders of IH pay for it...yet only a get a minority interest in the resulting company.
