Mr. TBT I share your frustration with how this seems to be moving along. But that is how these things go.. Lawyers wake up ever morning loving to do their legal billings at $400-800 a hour and politically connected thieves don't always get punished.

You can write a fan letter to Bill McGann and tell him whats on your mind but it would likely just go into his round file... Only thing I can think to say to try and learn from the experience and not let your health decline from the sick feeling you get thinking about the whole situation. You seem like a good guy..
