I think i've made a mistake, the SB-2 i think is the registration statement... I've tried to get some input from others, i do apologize for the mistake.

So thoughts of dilution are unfounded. I would like to hear others opionions on the SB-2. I honestly want to make certain i know what this form is for. I'm not an SEC form expert.
