I love your passion Grand and appreciate all the good work you do on this board but I don't understand your fixation on the buyout/acquisition strategy.

a buyout of a +20M$ revenue CO would be another smart and important step,

In my view, it is a "smart and important step" only if it makes sense with all things considered.

Remember, this was not part of TTCM's master plan. TTCM was approached by 3rd parties with a proposed strategy (for these 3rd parties to get piece of the TTCM pie). TTCM management evaluated the terms, the work required, the risks/rewards, and the potential impact on shareholders. After evaluation, they determined this was not the best approach for them to take at this time considering the progress being made in other areas.

Looks to me that TTCM management thinks pursuing this buyout/acquisition strategy would be an unnecessary distraction at this moment in time. I'm ok with that.
