Can someone explain to me that PTIE gets told to run two more studies and they go up .38 cents or 55% and ELTP is told we have a clear path forward now and we are up .2 cents.. I mean I want this stock to skyrocket but part of me says " what the hell is going on????? "

Is it because they are on NASDAQ?
