good morning nsav. the 150 million shares that got issued may not have completely hit the market yet. MMs tend to sell shares over time after issuance instead of dumping them at once. If you are seeing any big block sells its most likely still part of the original 150 million shares.

trust me...i was in a stock a couple years ago that ENDED dilution and proved it with an 8k after the last of the shares were "issued" and shares were still being sold into the market for a couple more weeks. than finally after a couple weeks the dilutor MMs vanished from the L2 completely. it definitely wasnt an instantaneous thing like i was expecting/wanted.

so chances are if bmic and vndm are close to the ask they still have shares from the 150 million. But i bet in a couple weeks they will be gone, so its best to load up now if you trust the CEO. He seems pretty transparent.
