sniper... I had the same experience. I called about information that was not supplied in a PR that had recently been PR'ed. After harrassing me about who my broker was, and telling me HE wasn't qualified to give advice. I explained to him that I certainly wouldn't want any advice from someone who can't even clarify a PR. He said he could only address it if it was in the PR. I said "Fine, then I like to know if the information the previous PR was still correct." He said if it was in a previous PR, it must still be correct unless the company PR's otherwise. I said, "for someone who gets paid way too much, he was not very helpful. Thanks for nothing." I was a little pi$$ed by this time.
