To each his own. I see raising capital as a necessity for a business such as DRYS where the industry is just starting to come out of a massive collapse and I can get shares for 40% of their cash value.

I expect that they will continue to use shares to sell convertible debt at a discount to the market and that will put pressure on the price. I'll keep adding as that happens and flipping when the price recovers, always holding a core position to see what they can do over the long haul.
