That's true. But in the OTC most often those big holders who are in a position to negotiate a block sale with their MM are not retail investors who loaded up tens of millions in the open market, but the people converting big tranches of debt into 10, 20, or 50 million shares at a time.

Plus in the weeks leading up to the A/S raise we were able to match up the t-trades to the O/S increases share for share. If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck... ;)
