until2017, what made NSAV different from other pinksheet stocks was that anyone could call or email the Transfer Agent and get the Outstanding Share count immediately. Once NSAV O/S breached 3 billion with a 10 billion A/S count and gagged the Transfer Agent this became a very bad speculative investment.
