I agree that management has so far kept its word. The fact that it was released today however may just be a coincidence.
Listen to the video carefully: At 4:52 it states "to be completed by March, 2017" it does not say "March 20, 2017".

Of course it's also possible that the script provided for the video did say March 20, 2017 and it was transcribed incorrectly. Not that it matters. I was quite prepared to wait until April.
