Desperation when see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. Some are pretty naive or just playing dumb. A Nigerian company of any sorts as a penny stock seems sketchy. The key to a good penny stock scam is a good convincing story. Nigerian anything doesn't fit a good story imo
