thats the only part of todays news which i cant agree on:

I mean when u got a proposal from the banks and Investors to buy a 20M$ -30M$ high profitable revenue making Co, than u are going to do it (CO) u are doing it to have theirs revenues and net income, to have their brand name and their sources and clients, cash flow, employers and so many other points, alone the reason that TTCM would make followed +20M$ revenues instead of having a couple 10k$, would make them already a nice mid Cap co..and the SP will reflect that asap imo.

And with a couple more reached goals, example licensing deals with fort 50 cos, big funding from the Silicon valley by known Angels + the buyout of +20M$ revenues..i would think that the SP would reach the nasdaq minimum SP from alone and on that time, but this is also something that needs to be seen later and when the time is right.

But to assume from CO already yet, that Co wont reach the minimum SP price from the nasdaq on that time and because of that, its terminating that goal, its very unlucky imo. just do it for the Co in first distance, it does not need to be done for nasdaq listing.

Buy the 20-30M$ revenue CO> get licensing deals with Fort 50s > get funding from the silicon Valley> be a 50M$ revenue and Mid cap Co, the Sp will take care of it self, i would think that Dollar SP will come followed, sure assumed without dilution and see it followed, if a R/S is needed or not and on that time, but not now.

And it happens here and there that OTC Cos doing a very small R/S for the Nasdaq listing and its always a good thing, when a R/S is made for NASDAQ listing only and not for dilution.

My opinions only!

With respect to other work, we announced several weeks ago our discussions with a venture company and a well-regarded investment banking company, regarding their proposal to make bank-funded acquisitions of highly profitable private tech companies in the 20 to 30 million-dollar revenue range, with the goal of up-listing Tautachrome to the NASDAQ in the short term. We have determined to wait on that activity for the following reason. A single acquisition of that size could only work to create a quick up-listing to the NASDAQ if accompanied with a reverse split, which the Company will not do. And multiple acquisitions, which would avoid such a split would take a considerable amount of time and is fraught with risks of its own. Given the progress we are making on all other fronts, we have determined to shelve that project for the time being.

All imo and in my hope, no guarantee that anything that i post/ write will happen! Do your own DD!
