No doubt that something weird was going on and 15m was converted at 0.00267 to cover the selling at 15:55 / 15:56 @ 0.0027.

Not sure I would classify this as significant dilution though, more like manipulation to hold the stock down. It's only $40k and like you said VNDM moved away straight afterwards.

The stock held well and had good volume today
