Former management holds 685,024,000 of the O/S however they are restricted by SEC rule 144 insert-text-here

Cannot be traded in Canada (lots of Canadian shareholders that cannot sell)

Therefore available float is only about 900,000,000
No restrictions on trading in the USA

Moves up on very little volume.
