As for the "ass whipping on cancer", if you look at our most recent big clinical trial, you will see that the rate of enduring , complete response ( totally cancer free) was quite small.
The one year survival was an admirable 40%, better by half than the SOC,
but more than half of the women died. That's just one year survival.
Your positive attitude is a good thing, but do try to be realistic.
