PuraCap paid $550 mil for Epic mediocre 15 breadcrumbs ANDAs!

Lasers great post.

A questionable reason as to why PuraCap would pay so handsomely for those 15 breadcrumbs Epic had.

Epic/PuraCap has the one thing other pharmaceuticals would love to have, a great relationship with Elite. So far, this relationship is symbiotic in many ways.

Some will think differently about PuraCap (Human Well) and their
decision to buy Epic. This decision was not about 15 breadcrumbs.
It was also about getting in good with Elite and Elite's ADF pipeline. Now add OxyContin to the mix in which both companies may work together.
