That supposition is contradicted by the Compassionate Use Patients who were just that - severe AD, where the results for Jenny S were almost immediate. Certainly appeared to reach that sub-set of AD, and her husband was most likely a reliable historian.

Dr. Alkon in the Sacks conference in February described the comments of an investigator during the trials who told Alkon that a patient's response to Bryostatin was like Lazarus rising.

My question is whether this comment by the "investigator" would have related to a CUP or one of the participants in the clinical trial, as I'm not sure the protocol would have the testing investigators dosing a CUP.
