Let me first start off by saying there is no reason for you, any of you to believe a single word that is written here. But I Implore you please take some consideration if not at least the notion of the possibility that what I am writing is information in its truest form.

I have been a mid management member of Finore mine since the days of Otterburn. I had first started when there was nothing more than a small private office rental, a conference call speaker and our make shift board room office, at that time we didn't even have proper parking and had to park across the street or carpool, still do sometime.

I am writing this at great risk of not only my job, career and reputation but also at the risk of my family and my freedom.

I have spoken to Rav numerous times within the last few days wondering why he hasn't giving any of the shareholders any information at all. Why hasn't he reassured any of you. Those people who have spent so much in believing in our great company, why has he not giving you anything not so much as an explanation. His reasoning was vague and clouded and yet so many of you were fine with what he threw to you. How are none of you furiously demanding for answers and directions on where we go from here.

I am here to tell you all what you very much deserve; the truth.

We walked away from Kushtown.

We began to see issues with Kush town shortly after the initial definitive agreement. Their management team was to unprofessional and unwilling to bend let alone simply work with us on simple terms. However once we saw this becoming a trend our management team immediately began canvassing for other prospects and avenues.

It wasn't long after that ( early in the new year) that we had began talks with a extremely promising company with limitless potential for expansion and growth. On Thursday March 16 2017, Rav along with the rest of FIN management had signed a definitive agreement with the company whose name I will refrain from posting as they are not the issue at hand as you will all know their name soon enough as i am sure you all already do.

the initial agreement entitles the purchase of an already operational facility located in Colorado Of a fully active hydroponic warehouse with the capability to produce and consistent supply of recreational and medical grade marijuana.

Although I completely understand Rav's reasoning for not wanting to inform the shareholders as he is adamant about ensuring that all proper processes have been completed and there's no repeat of the Kushtown fiasco.

Our New acquisition sees not only a facility fully equipped with the worlds most advanced technologies in the cultivating and harvesting of marijuana. But also is fully equipped with the distribution center, a fleet of hydrosized transportation truck and trailers. But in addition is also fully capable of expansion and packaging as well as distribution.

Once again take this information for what it's worth but know that it comes from good intentions, and perhaps even some guilt. I completely understand and in full heartedly feel partly responsible for those of you who have lost so much.

But I implore you all , please be patient there will be a news release soon enough and You will all be proud new owners of "North Star Pharmaceutical"
