Few dots seem to be aligned with TOPS.

Kalani is one of them.
Both are Greek companies.
GE already tried in the past to get TOPS.
TOPS has OIL tankers.

The rest is beyond my level of knowledge.
I am on the need to know basis, and I don't need to know....

I see buyers, lot of them.....
