either way...whether vndm is short or diluting...it scares away investors. i rarely ever touch stocks with vndm on L2 but thsi one is different than most. 12 million dollars is a lot of money to be offered. even if they maxed out there OS at 10 billion shares we would still be valued at .001333. so either way we are way undervalued. thats why i bought in.

i have tried to contact transfer agent but never got a response to see if there is any new shares being issued.
