OMG! Jan just doesn't stop. This is huge - that FIRST deal to take out the debt and buy the assets was amazing, but now this! What kind of CEO is able to make for what comes out to be as close as you can get to a straight 7% interest loan when the stock was trading in the .003 range after just coming out of trips - a year ago - and then negotiate to maintain those terms?!? A damn good one! And one that really cares about the share structure. Well, I guess he should. Gotta calculate this, but now the Telanders own a VERY large percentage of ProGreen. Talk about having a vested interest in keeping to NO DILUTION! Not to mention the interest to ensure the company's success! It shows - we are in great hands here. Go Jan! PGUS
