Thank you for this very thoughtful message, stuffie.
I am definitely receiving pushback re fb.
An infrequent poster on ico's board sent me a kind PM, while noting his disdain for fb. His central objection is fb shapes what we see rather then serving pure results- not allowing us to make our own discernments. I certainly appreciate this fundamental concern.
Prodigious board supporter DiscoverGold in his greeting expressed pronounced aversion to fb.
A polymath friend in Miami predicts a sometime top for fb and has pulled his business off. His objection is the way fb monetizes- increasingly limiting organic reach to enhance its effort to have us pay for reach. (There is a stock tip there- we need to supply the "when" :)
You have registered a "boo" on fb.
I publically decried fb at the time of its IPO for the surreptitious- to put it mildly, way it came about. But I figured it paid significant amends to the W brothers and everyone deserves a chance to grow up.
My recent objection draws from the results I'm getting. I tried the paid reach it practically forces you into and though I haven't yet made a clear assessment, it seems I'm getting more girls looking for boyfriends than traders. And some of those girls appear hardly able to afford a complete clothing outfit, let alone buy large caps.
So I expect fb is just going to be a temporary respite and will certainly appraise of future developments.
I am on ST and twitter but need a venue that allows for the expansive post a wordy Irishman needs, lol.
Good trading, stuffie and all!
