You guys serious? That breakdown is all the more reason to be in.. Explains the issueing, where the shares went less a hand full (10m) and how a multi million $ asset was aquired by a company which reported no cash on had... Sooo allll that issuing to pay for a hugeee acquisition and were still holding above 003.. Sounds fantasticc to me.. And honestly theres enough negatives out there about evry company that none need to point out their own... The hand full of shares missing will come out inthe audited fins and be of no consequence as the value here is established in multi million dollar revs... Seen far worse share structures and issuing on stocks with farrrr less posatives and muchhh higher pps... Icbu looks like guaranteed money both short and long term... Gl should be a fun week..
