Yes, insider buying is always a good sign. We should hear about dry commissioning very soon and wet commissioning about 20-30 days after that.
That should attract some action. Production numbers is what will set it on fire though IMHO. I look for this to really take off around the middle of July. Of course this will depend on how often they report on progress though. Could be sooner than July.
