Granted, there hasn't been any additional dilution over the last two years, but that doesn't change the fact that Levy has diluted this stock to oblivion. Oblivion being 1.875B shares authorized. Levy issued every available authorized share in a very short amount of time. When I arrived here over 3 years ago,(February of 2014) there was only 50 million shares O/S. Fast forward 16 months, TALK was already maxed out in the summer of 2015. That is what I believe he meant when he said Levy diluted this into oblivion. We shall see what happens to the share structure once they exit BK. My guess is Levy will either increase the shares authorized and/or enact a reverse split. GLTA.
