Well of course that's your choice. I think the person you offered it to was a perfect choice. I have never noticed a lack in any of those things, and know this board is not like any other. Just one question, is the reason you don't have enough time because of your estate planning. I think Pro is buying a parking structure for all his cars .I'm going to try to get him to move to TEXAS, cause we all know that northern conditions with having to salt those roads really is hard on those cars. It really has me worried.
