I mentioned it in another post but I guess I can say it again. They seem to be setting up the reverse split more like they are preparing for a Corporate Doomsday rather than success and business expansion. They may want to hire a management consulting firm to check out all they are doing before finalizing the reverse split to see what they think of their current plans. It seems to me to be well worth the investment. They would of course have to search for a firm with an excellent reputation.
