How do these little trades 1500 shares, 4200 shares, 2500 shares, and some even smaller take place?...we are talking $l5-$30-$40...is there someplace that has transaction charges that I don't know about? Brokers surely can't have commissions and ticket charges added to these large sales and still be compliant can they? This has happened over and over again on this stock...HOW??
