long overdue and mgmt put themselves in the position after many, many shareholders requested improving the bod over many, many years...

and basically mgmt told shareholders to take a hike while they took fees five to ten times the norm...

stafford took $35k in fees while on the xencor bod and the avg fees paid to xencor bod members was $40k vs PPHm bod taking avg $320k...

and if you added up all the experience of the entire PPHM bod (less SK), it would maybe get close to one xencor board member as far as biotech experience goes...
