Actually, its a brilliant move on the brokers part.

If EDEX goes over a dollar, all his clients he put into it will be spreading the word on how great their broker is! His business will skyrocket! All over a few bucks on renting a room for probably less than a grand. Yep, possibly a brilliant move on the brokers part.
