I would call but I don't expect she will disclose anything-why would she and if i'm ASIF i'm specifically telling her not to disclose to outside sources. I remember "bender" trying to communicate with the daughter of the 85 yr old woman and never had any success. why is there no record of the charges going to superior court they should have been on the docket by now - they get lost from lower court to superior court? would the lawyer tell us if they were dismissed but why wouldn't the court records tell us that?
