My wife and I arrived.....cookout had not started yet; probably only 8 or so people there. Mr. Harris met us at our truck and immediately introduced himself. He was very cordial. He spent about 45 minutes with us. Started by taking us through the stalls showing us some of the horses. We then went to his office and spent about 30 mins there. He is an extremely confident man; probably more than anyone I have met, yet he was not at all arrogant. We met his wife and kids and seems to be just as much family oriented as he has said.
He told me about the bonds, how he got started, background on BBAN and FHAL....really all the DD that is posted throughout this forum. I asked if the 10K was ready and he said that it had been ready for some time, however, they are still cleaning up messes from the FHAL group (some of the same folks that had been involved with BBAN). He made no bones about taking legal action against them where appropriate and that through CSHD many will pay for how they took investors in the past.
I asked whether a 10k, 10k/a, s4 would trigger the reset. He said it will begin when he files the 10K and that he has to have it filed no later than 9/30. He said that $54 is the market price......I asked what the book price was and he did not answer. I asked if he was going to wait until 9/30 and he respectfully stated, "I can't answer that except to say soon." (I had to ask even though I knew his answer!). I pressed as we were leaving about 9/30...again he said I can't say but that it would probably be sooner than that.

I post a picture in a minute...assuming I can......he is a small man, gruff looking, but it is Saturday and he is having a cookout! I was happy to see him as a down-to-earth individual; very confident, very polite. My wife and I were both appreciative of his hospitality during our short visit.

awesome job man....

It just makes no sense to me that Rufus would post public information which he's not capable of backing-he has to know he's going to jail, or worse, possibly being subjected to physical violence if he's scamming shareholders. I also spoke with Darryl Horton this week and came away with a very comfortable feeling that this is on the level. Darryl is too professional and his career too tightly meshed with government regulatory agencies to get involved with something that is clearly intentioned to scam shareholders. Just my opinion, of course.

It makes this wait worth while, we are increasing our PPS just as we would have if we had gotten the reset last week, gotta love it!

Plus, from Kplatt's interview, I'm even more confident because someone has met the dude, his family, and ate his BBQ, gotta love that!

Actually I did tell him I was from HSM and didn't appreciate "the other site!" I mentioned "Our-Stre**" and he waived him off like a fly off his horses arse!
He is definitely after bigger fish.

I'm sorry....I have a picture but can't get it to download. I click on the insert image icon but it doesn't allow me to put the photo in. I suck at this stuff. He is a small man; by appearance not what I expected. But as soon as he introduced himself I recognized his voice from Paltalk. Don't invest on emotions, correct? I must say, after meeting him and spending 45 mins with him, I am even more confident than ever....even my somewhat doubting wife was impressed.

No, we didn't stay for the BBQ.....we already had plans this afternoon so couldn't stay.....he did invite us though.....and yes, I think it was because I smelled good!

you are on my wavelength with that GOMM, the higher the reset, the bigger the pain for the shorts and the better the outcome from the (remaining) squeeze....

No, I want: a blood sample; skin sample (for DNA testing); SSN; DOB; height; weight; Mother's Maiden Name; favorite color; and last known address and home telephone number. Then I can make Fabster believe.

I hope we PR this, I really don't care about his damn PPS until after the reset (I really do, but I don't, you know what I mean)

If it goes down I can hopefully buy more, I just need my $$$ to come through, if that happens I hope to increase my position by about 25%, I don't have much but I need to get more....

My question is, what do we think the high can be after the reset by XMAS, with the squeeze taking place????

When talking to him today, I reminded him that on his first Paltalk he said he believed that within 3-6 months the stock could go $60-100 pps. I asked if he still believed that and he said "oh yah." Think about how dumb my question was in regards to the reset being $54. I was curious to see if he would chase a figure.....he didn't but did not hedge on the PPS going up.

I wish that I would have asked him about going to the NASDAQ.....I missed an opportunity.

Valis.....I'm done with Ihob so won't respond over there....but so you know, he took 3 calls while talking to my wife and I. I have no idea who they were but he apologized each time he took a call. There was one or two times that he looked at his phone but sent the call to voicemail. He was definitely selective on who he spoke with and I appreciated his apology each time for interrupting the conversation though certainly not necessary.

Booyah!
Just got off the phone with Mr. Stewart, the listed POC for the stables. Caught him off guard; he thought it was just a bbq for a couple of people. He confirmed the bbq is at the stallion stables off of hwy411. Take 411 west out of cartersville towards Rome and call him at 678-255-7652 when you get close (at the bridge) and he'll give ya better instructions. He wasn't certain for the exact times of the bbq, but Mr Harris wasn't out there yet, so later today anyway.
I'm hoping brother avanti and friends can make the bbq.

Ask Rufus if he is thinking September for the reset. i don't think he can be specific, but maybe he can give a range of possible dates.

folks, FWIW = for what its worth

i have confirmed with someone that has a friend that knows Rufus personally that the guy in red in the picture is indeed the Mr. Rufus Paul Harris.

i tend to believe the person so u decide if not just call the stables and find out : )
