I've also invested in a developing MJ breath detector co and a custom bottling/packaging co that are in this etf. Enforcement of DUI drivers and basics like tamper proof packaging seem key issues to me and is not just another Pot brand issue.

My 'Cramer', 'are you diversified' picks and past moniker on Yahoo were--T-C-MO-OI-BA.

Thump would be stupid not to start a 'high' Fed tax for Pot. Or made $750MM in taxes which is a boom to State needs. Sessions may not like it but STATES Rights definitely enable Medical MJ even if some roadblocks are FED.

BTW, I have little confidence in IMSCQ managers to find an inspiring new business but initially any clawback/legal wins will go to the 'Company' and we will need to FORCE a VOTE on whatever options may evolve...GLTA...
